Terms of Use — Supreme Printers

By accessing or using the Supreme Printers website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to place an order.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

4. Artwork and content

You warrant that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, text, or images you upload, and that they do not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse work that is unlawful or offensive.

5. Delivery and returns

Print products are bespoke and made to your specifications. Except where required by law, custom-printed items are non-refundable. Defective items will be reprinted or refunded — please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding your uploaded artwork) are owned by Supreme Printers or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
